He was predeceased by: his wife Faye McNeilly; his son Kim McNeilly; his parents, Bob McNeilly and Jane McNeilly; his siblings, Jimmy, Max McNeilly and Jean Fogleman; and his children-in-law, Sandy Graham and Audrey McNeilly.
He is survived by: his children, Tommy McNeilly (Karen), Bobby McNeilly, Randy McNeilly, Chris McNeilly and Jackie Graham; his daughter-in-law Jolane McNeilly; his grandchildren, Ashley Fipps (Daniel), Tyler McNeilly (Kayla), Amanda McGill (Brandon), Kasie Graham and Brandi Byrd (Joey); his great grandchildren, Paisley McGill, Carson Graham, Hunter Byrd, Bella Byrd, Levi McNeilly, Sawyer Fipps and Josh Murphy; and his siblings-in-law, Gladys McNeilly and Jim Fogleman. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
