It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Downey Best (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on July 2, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar "Gabby" Best. She is survived by: her children, Terry Best (Treva), Randy Best (Felicia), Janice Hale (Dave) and Nancy Taylor (Steve); her grandchildren, Kasey Livingston (Ben) and Lacey Taylor; and her great grandchild Katelyn Tubbs. She is also survived by In-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
