He was predeceased by: his parents, C. L. "Toots" Blazer and Jean Blazer. He is survived by: his siblings, Jill and Winston Blazer of Knoxville, TN; his sister-in-law Cris; his niece Katherine; and his nephew Brady Isbill of Knoxville.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery (2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920).
