We are sad to announce that on August 12, 2024, at the age of 79, Howard Robert Smith (Maryville, Tennessee), born in Morristown, New Jersey passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mothers, Chauncey "Bud" Smith and Virginia Smith; his wife Patricia; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his daughter Lori Schmidt (Steve Schmidt); his brother Douglas Smith (Deborah); his grandson Brandon Reno (Kelsey); his great grandchild Rebecca Reno; his grandson Justen Smith; his niece Deborah "Didi" Kircher; and his nephews, Douglas and David Smith.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Alzheimer's Tennessee.
