With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Marie Bennett (Maryville, Tennessee), who passed away on December 3, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Don Bennett, Sr.; her parents, Dallas Riffey, Sr. and Christina Humphries Riffey; and her siblings, Dallas Riffey, Jr., Jack Riffey, Flora Etta Leadbetter, Marion McClain and Frances Stalsworth.
She is survived by: her children, Donnie, Lisa Bennett, Gary, Anita Dukes, Brian and Amy Bennett; her grandchildren, Amy, Scott Koch, Amanda Bennett, Nicholas, Rachel Baker, Mackenzie Bennett and Landon Bennett; her great grandchildren, Ezra and Nora Baker; her sisters, Ruby Hitch, Edna Newman and Ruth Moore; and her sister-in-law Jessie Riffey.
She requested that instead of flowers, please donate to: Madison Avenue Baptist Church, 1918 Madison Avenue, Maryville, TN 37804 to be used to fill shoeboxes for Samaritan's Purse Shoebox Ministry.
