She was predeceased by: her husband Paul S Phelps; her parents, Edward Lovelace Miller and Charlotte Hazel Miller; her siblings, Judy Miller, Larry Miller and Ricky Miller; and her daughter Charlotte La Junta Phelps.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jo Ann Miller (Nevada), Lois Pierce (Arizona), Betsy Sands (Washington), Wanda Hunter (Colorado), Donna Stephens of Colorado, Charlene Sipe (Nebraska), Barry Miller (Georgia) and Merle Miller (Colorado); her daughter Carol Yvonne Phelps Fussell; her grandchildren, Rachel, Natalie, Jessica, Dustin, Emmaline and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Cody, George, Kainen, Izzabella, Javier and Charlotte; and her great great grandchildren, Cash, Caylor and Ilha.
