He is survived by: his wife Patsy Ann Coulter; his children, Linda Coulter Pace (Lynn) and Mike L. Shamblin (Terri); his brother Max Houston Coulter (Betty); his granddaughters, Heather Shamblin Thompson (Matt), Alyson Shamblin Oakley (Chris) and Laurel Pace Carbone (John); his great grandchildren, Mae, Turner Thompson and Ava Turner; his niece Terri Lowe Teague (Randy); his nephews, Mike Houston Coulter (Jan) and Brian Max Coulter (Hollie); and his close friends, Dee Haun and Carol Shamblin-Liposky.
