He is survived by: his wife Sandra Perkins; his children, Kim Garner (Johnny), Teresa Goforth (Jeff) and Scott Perkins (Jenny); his grandchildren, Josh Goforth, Jessica Garner, Taylor Goforth and Maci Perkins; and his siblings, Nellie Peak, Shirley Raines, Faye Hearon, Darlene Rudd (Troy), Tommy Perkins (Shirley), Ronnie Perkins, Cecil Perkins and Wayne Perkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
