He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Glenn Grubb and Kathleen Grubb; and his former wife Darlene Lopasser Grubb. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Hayes Grubb; his parents-in-law, Phillip and Donna Hayes; his children, Bethany Riddle (Chad) and Chris Grubb (Annette); his stepdaughters, Amy Hannan (Larry) and Becky May; his grandchildren, Brentley Riddle, Ansley Riddle, Foster Grubb, Katie Grubb, Theodore Grubb, Parker Grubb and Jonah Grubb; his stepgrandchildren, Harrison, Carter Hannan and Knox Ford; his siblings, Faye Grubb, Walter Grubb (Diane), Mark Grubb (Alisa) and Stan Grubb; and his brothers-in-law, Gary Hayes (Michelle) and Butch Lopasser (Terry) of Fair Hope, AL.
Among his civic and charitable duties were service and leadership roles in Alcoa Kiwanis Club, United Way of Blount County, Blount County Education Foundation, and Leadership Blount.
