He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, Jim (Suzanne Hartsell) and Jane (Gary Raines); and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Angela, Rebekah, Zane and Chris. He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren.
