He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter M. Williams and Irene Roberts Williams; and his wife Mary Taylor Hicks Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Beth Williams and Ann Kerley (Chris); his grandchildren, Brandi Conner (Billy), Jarred Kerley (Caitlynn) and Jordan Kerley; and his great grandchild Alexis Conner.
Due to Covid 19 a private family service was held at Grandview Cemetery.
