He was predeceased by: his wife Sarah Ellis; his parents, Carolyn Gregory and Luther Gregory; his sister Kim Gregory; and his brother-in-law Rex Hamilton.
He is survived by: his sons, Toby Ellis and Kenneth Hicks; his siblings, Mellisa Norris, Anne Hamilton and Grover; and his sister-in-law Beckie Ellis. He is also survived by two grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
