He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lucy Mullins (Wickard); his daughters, Shelly Ritchie (Christopher) and Kristin Blackberg (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Corey Ritchie, Sarah Ritchie, Lauren Ritchie and Morgan Blackberg; his great grandchild Colton Rutherford; his granddaughter Marielis Villalobos; his sister Nancy Horton (Michael); and his parents, James Mullins and Geneva Mullins. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made in Gary's name to further share the gospel, to Smoky View Church, 2201 W. Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37801.
