He was predeceased by: his father Rev. Carl Arp; his parents-in-law, Jack and Amy Cole; and his stepson Chad Kirby. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Arp; his son Jason; his daughter-in-law Gena Arp; his daughter Jennifer Arp; his grandchildren, Alayah, Skyler, Ashley and Kacie; his mother Verline Lee; and his brother Calvin Arp. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
