He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Raines; his children, Regina Davis (Darryl), Patricia Stuart, Angie Coleman, Michael Raines (Robin), Frank Delmar Raines, Jr. and Richard Raines; his stepchildren, Ronald Lee Davis and Kimberly Coleman; his siblings, Delbert Raines, Walter Raines (Lisa), Joyce Freeman, Gloria Peak (Alvin), Laverne Canant, Brenda Moss (Eddie) and Valerie Boring; his brother-in-law Tom Moss; his aunts, Sara Maples and Naoma Ochman; and his close friends, Eddie Dietz and Jason Felts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
