She was predeceased by: her husbands, Edward Vaughn and Meek Carter; her parents, George Eisenhower and Ruby Eisenhower; and her siblings, J. P. Eisenhower, Arthur Lee Eisenhower, Jimmy Eisenhower and Margaret Lambert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Vaughn Enloe and Tammi Vaughn Cooper; her great grandchildren, Keylee and Kerri Paine; and her siblings, Clifford Eisenhower, Ernest Eisenhower, Steven Eisenhower, Johnnie Manning, Mary Alice Coulter, Pat Morgan and Lola Maples.
