She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Starritt (Roe); her granddaughter Hope Starritt Weeks; her parents, Ernest Irwin and Sarah Irwin (Cupp); her siblings, Anges Leatherwood, Lester and Fate Irwin; and her siblings-in-law, Ernest Davis, Leon Leatherwood, Mary Irwin and Katherine Irwin.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Starritt (Teri) of Sevierville, Nancy Starritt of Maryville, Bill Starritt (Linda) of Maryville, Edna Nelson (Jon Simpson) of Maryville and Tim Starritt (Susann) of Maryville; her great grandchildren, Jadan Starritt, Ryker, Bentley and Levi Davis; her cousin Clara Trotter; and her sister Rachel Davis of Melbourne, FL. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; several step-grandchildren.
