She was predeceased by: her parents, Rollen Dockery and Nettie Dockery; her husband Pink Shuman Evans; her children, Frances Pearl Watson, Shuman Gay, Kenneth Ray and Glen Harold Evans; and her siblings, Violet D. Jennings, Beecher Dockery, Lucille D. McMahan, Betty Lou Earleen Dockery, G. M., Morris, Robert, Douglas MacAuther and Charles Dockery.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Curtis (James) of Maryville, Barbara Cunningham (Mike) of Maryville, Wayne Bruce Evans, Sr. of Maryville, Carolyn Toney of Granite Falls, N. C., Johnny Evans (Becky) of Dudley Shoals, N. C., Elizabeth Sue Crump (Bruce) of Lenoir, N. C., Betty Stafford (Jimmy) of Granite Falls, N. C. and Glenda Knight of Hudson, N. C.; and her brother Ernest Dockery (Reba). She is also survived by numerous grandkids, great grandkids, great-great grandkids, nieces, nephews.
