It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Burns of Maryville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ell Ray Burns; her parents, Levi Dodd and Vesta Dodd; and her grandson Joshua Hilzinger. She is survived by: her children, Earl Burns (Janice) and Kathy Hilzinger (Bob); her grandchildren, Kelvin Burns (Teresa), Shannon Burns (Kenny Bevers), Nathaniel Hilzinger (Jacqueline) and Krista Lewis (David); her great grandchildren, Justin Burns, Logan Burns, Kathryn, Davy, Lorien Lewis and Corbin Hilzinger; her sisters, Evelyn Lawson (M. T.) and Nancy Wilburn; and her niece Dottie Kidd. She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
