She is survived by: her husband Patrick Womersley; her children, Erin Hoffman (Brett) of Sun Prairie, WI, Adam Womersley (Kelly) of Roseville, MN, Lisa Womersley of Denver, CO and Kelly Cook of Illinois; her grandchildren, Zoey Hoffman, Olivia Womersley, Claire Womersley, Tyler Cook and Henry Cook; and her child Bankets.
