She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wiggins and Nelly Wiggins; and her son Robert Joseph Kelley. She is survived by: her husband Jack Kelley; her daughter Jennifer; her grandchildren, Oliver, Jacob and Allison Provens; and her brother Gary Wiggins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
