Effie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her father Mayford Brewer; and her grandson DJ Henry (Theodore). She is survived by: her son-in-law Kenny Baxter; her grandchildren, Amber Bryant (AJ), James Theodore and Joseph Baxter; her sister Nancy Bryant; her siblings-in-law, Kenny Baxter and Sonya Walker; and her close friends, Kathy Neely and Kim Ledbetter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
