He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Hayes and Ed Hayes; his wife Juanita Hayes; his siblings, Edna Lethco, Johnny Hayes and Alvin Hayes; and his niece Diane Schuler.
He is survived by: his children, Sabrina Davis (Tom), Ricky Hayes (Joan) and Randy Hayes; his sister Shirley Scrudder; his grandchildren, Haley Davis, Jordan Davis (Lauren), Jacob Davis (Ashley), Alex Hayes, Austin Hayes, Ashley Hayes and Tyler Hayes; his great grandchildren, Jaxon Davis, Karter Davis, Asher Hayes and Brianna Hayes; and his nieces, Rena Scrudder, Pam Allen and Tiffany Schuler.
