Duggan; his wife Louise Duggan; his daughters, Debbie Rhea of Maryville and Kim; his son-in-law Gary Curtis of Gainesville, VA; and his grandchildren, Paige Woodall of Maryville, Jennifer Curtis of Strasburg, VA, Meagan Martinez (Armando) of Houston, TX and Chris Curtis of Gainesville, VA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
