She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Costner and Fate Costner; and her brothers, Kenneth, Gilbert and Herman "Tuffy" Costner.
She is survived by: her brother Gene "Smokey" Costner; her sons, Mickey Blair and Terry "Bubba" Blair (Teresa); her adoptive son Dale Griffin; and her grandchildren, Megan Pierce (Anthony), Mindy Suppus (Christopher), Kimberly Green (Chase), Stephanie Alderson (John) and Alex Blair (Laura). She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
