He was predeceased by: his parents, Euston Cooke and Joy Cooke; and his sister Elaine Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Cooke; his sons, Steve and Dusty Cooke; his grandchildren, Kiley and Sydni; his siblings, Travis Cooke, Diane Anderson (Billy) and Terry Cooke; and his mother-in-law Jo.
