She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Jones; her parents, Leroy Forster and Thelma Forster; and her brothers, Phillip and David Forster.
She is survived by: her daughter Melissa Birchfield; her granddaughters, Sierra McBride (Jesse Villarreal) and Sabrina Birchfield; her great grandchild Raven Skye; her brother Jerry Forster; and her close friend Gary Koons. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
