Dorothy Bushing Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2020, at the age of 100, Dorothy Bushing of Maryville, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dorothy Bushing to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur S. Bushing (MC); her parents, Guy Barber and Maud Barber; her stepmother Bess Barber; and her sisters, Harriet Blizzard and Mary Ruth Garza.
She is survived by: her children, Stuart Bushing (Jan), Barbera Ann Bushing (Bonnie Rose), Kathy Banfield (Tom) and Jennifer Hill (Albert). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and numerous loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Maryville College, the Dorothy Barber Bushing Endowed Fund at Maryville College, Highland Presbyterian Church, or Friends of the Smokies.
