She was predeceased by: her husband Jerrell Parmley Garrett; her daughter Carolyn Garrett Wilson; her siblings, Dolly Ruth Cleveland, James "Jimmy" Ray Cleveland and Gerald Levon Cleveland; her parents, James Littleton Cleveland and Gertha Wade Cleveland; and her sister Zelda Pearl Matlock Birdwell.
She is survived by: her children, Glenn Garrett of Bulls Gap, TN, Rayford (Deborah Garrett), Charlotte (Larry Jumper) and Dorothy Garrett of Maryville, TN; her grandchildren, Kim, Ken Eidson of Alabama, Machell, Mike Harper, Tammy, Ceylon Williams, Michael, Crystal Jumper, Keri, Ramon Rodgers, Jason Garrett, David Clayton Baldwin (Celeste Moderno), Tommy, Susie Garrett, Jessica, Matthew Clark, Kayla and Aron Walker of Tennessee; her great grandchildren, Mason Garrett, Deagan, Courtney Williams, Jacob Williams, Landrey Williams, Karlee, Tyler Davis, Justin Strickland (Amanda Holman), Zachary Strickland, Caleb Harper, Jaiden Rodgers, Kristen Yates, Kinley Garrett, Julianna, Luke, Rachel, Christopher Baldwin, Xavier, Baylor Clark, Blakely Walker, Evan Dabbs, Owen, Aden, Ellie and Zane Jumper; her great great grandchildren, Kaden, Addie Williams, Knox, Kate Strickland, Emerson Davis and Levi Williams; her brothers, Darvis Wade Cleveland and Wayne Allen Cleveland; and her close friend Edna Morek.
