She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Frotton; her parents, Houston Steele and Johnnie Steele; and her siblings, Evelyn Hill, Linda Blair, Houston F. Steele Jr. and Bobby Steele.
She is survived by: her siblings, Ronnie Steele (Connie) and Clara Lay; and her close friend Donna S. Wolfe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the family will be holding services at a later time.
