He is survived by: his wife Sarah E. Smith; his children, Kristina Spiva (Brandon), Lynda D. King and Robert Smith (Brandy); his stepson Randy Marine; his grandchildren, Steven Spiva (Jessica) and Laurie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Elli, Emma, Rynlee and Sayler Spiva. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
