She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hick and Delores Net Ragle; and her grandson Andrew David Shunk. She is survived by: her husband Hazen Butterworth; her children, Lori Butterworth Shunk (Shawn) and David Butterworth (Becca); her grandchildren, Jonathan Lawson, Avery, Rhyan and Talan Butterworth; her great grandchild Kennedy Lawson; her pet Tempe; and her friend Jane Byerley Holloway.
