He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Caldwell and Charles Don Caldwell Sr.; and his brother Charles Don Caldwell Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Caldwell (Sissy); and his children, Kate Caldwell and Joe Caldwell. He is also survived by several cousins and nieces.
