She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Olson and Aletha Evans Olson; her husband Millard Smith, MD; her children, Mark (Molly), Melissa Smith-Goldstein (Joel), Evans Bowen (Hamilton) and Andrew (Emilia); her sisters, Ellen Gilbert and Sally Tuck; and her sisters-in-law, Doris Suddarth and Barbara Goyne (Robert). She was also cherished by ten grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
