He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Mann and Elizabeth Mann (late Judy Mann); his wife Judy Mann; and his brother-in-law Howard Callis. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Mann (Sue), Kenny Mann (Tami), Carolyn Perau (Monte), Barbara Callis and Celeste Sloper; his children, Clifford E Mann and Kymberly Ellis (Jim); his grandchildren, Noah Vandermeeden (Kimmy Allen), Nevaeh Vandermeeden, Nathan Monson, Gillian Mann and Isaac Mann; his great grandchild Elowyn Mann; and his pet Tanna Mann. He is also survived by Several cousins, nieces, and nephews he loved.
