He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Haggett and Mabel Haggett (Little). He is survived by: his wife Karen Haggett (Fitch); his children, Kelly Haggett of Maryville, Kristen Watkins, Steven Haggett and Scott Haggett; his grandchildren, Elise Watkins, Jacob Watkins, Cory Haggett (Lauren), Craig Haggett (Angie) and Kyle Haggett; and his siblings, Frederick Haggett (Ted) of Massachusetts, Jane Vlasuk, Wilbur "Bill" Haggett and Carolyn Merrill (Howard). He is also survived by many several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to one of Clarke's favorite charities, Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital, and The Gary Sinise Foundation.
