He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence C. Holder and Sallie Mae Holder. He is survived by: his wife Frances Holder; his children, Mickey Holder (Melissa Holder) and Terri Holder; his close friend Becky Lewis; and his grandsons, Blake and Gabriel Holder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
