He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alvin E. Bales, Inez E. Bales, Eunice L. Tullock and James R. Tullock; his uncles, Ricky L. Bales, Paul W. Bales and James R. Tullock (Bobby); his aunt Martha Bales; and his grandmother Marilyn Duncan.
He is survived by: his parents, Alfred Tullock and Brenda Tullock; his wife Veronica Mychelle Tullock; his child Chrystian Davis (Alec); his brother Micheal Tullock (Sabrina); his nephew Austin Tullock (Allie); his niece Deana Owens (Jo); his aunts and uncles, Tommy, Sharon Blackwell, Steve Bales and Becki Boles; his daughters, Precious and Malia; and his close friend Sonny Reeser. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, he would like it if everyone could donate to a local animal shelter of your choosing or to Kauai Humane Society where we adopted our sweet pup, Malia. Most shelters have a list of items they are in need of on their website, or links to donate monetarily if you should choose to do so.
