He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank B. Fisher and Nell McKelvey Fisher; his former wife Tyna Michaels Fisher; his son Randall Fisher; and his siblings, Charles H. Fisher, Benjamin Fisher, Katherine Burchfield, Susan James and Margaret L. Fisher.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Bultsma Fisher of Maryville; his stepchildren, Hunter Lee (Jesseca) and Emily Moore (Matt); his grandson Vincent; and his siblings, Charlene Skeens (Tim) and Dale Fisher (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Allegheny Baptist Church (3221 Allegheny Loop Rd, Maryville, TN 37803).
