He is survived by: his children, Abby Thomas (Sam) and Drew Guider (Leslie); his grandchildren, Dallas, Thad Thomas, Caleb and Hannah Guider; his brothers, John Guider (Sheila) and Troy Guider; his stepmother Pat Guider; his nephew Jeremy; his niece Jodi; his uncle Jimmy Guider; his aunts, Edith Lynn, Phyllis Masingo and Mary Jo Woods (Dickie); and his siblings-in-law, Jan Lambert, Mike Lambert (Lisa) and Sam Lambert (Carol).
