He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Blevins and June Blevins; and his sister-in-law Patsy Blevins (Julia Nicely). He is survived by: his siblings, Ron Blevins, Carolyn Blevins and Phyllis Williams; and his brother-in-law Ron Williams.
