She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis C. Smith and Mildred M. Smith; her son Edward R. Hubbs; her grandson Alexander O. Hubbs; her son Jack C. Hubbs (Kim); her daughter-in-law Sandra Hubbs; and her grandchildren, Amanda Shaw (Deric), Ashley Hubbs of Kennesaw, GA. and Derek Hubbs.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne E. Hubbs; and her siblings, Johnnie C. Smith, Jack Smith, Marylou Johnson, Frances Moore and Sandy Smith. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home (1102 Big Springs Rd, Maryville, TN 37801). A memorial service was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Sherwood Memorial Gardens (3176 Airport Hwy, Alcoa, TN 37701).
