He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hutsell; his children, Ronnie Lynn Hutsell (Hope) of Maryville, TN and Melissa Diane Jenkins (Casey) of Maryville; and his sisters, Debbie Hutsell of Georgia, Janice Hutsell of Georgia, Linda Breeden of Richmond, Viginia and Regina Thompson of Fredrick, Maryland.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
