He is survived by: his wife Juretta Bright Coppenger; his daughter Dr. Alisa Teffeteller; his son-in-law Mike Teffeteller; his siblings-in-law, Mary Coppenger and Richard Bright (Anna); and his nieces and nephews, Dr. Royston Coppenger, Tom Coppenger, Chris Bright, Sheryl Coppenger, Angie Harper, Buffy Arms and Betsy Ogle.
