He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Shepard of Maryville, TN; his children, Craig Shepard (Mayren) of St. Louis, Braden Shepard of Cherry Valley, Arkansas, Amber Basgall of Maryville, TN, Renee Ellender (Robert) of Birmingham, AL and Sandra Pigg of Arkansas; his grandchildren, Wyatt Shepard, Javier Shepard, Tyler Ward, Gavin Ward, Grayson Bate, Blake Ellender, Dillon Gassaway and Noah Walden; and his great grandchildren, Clark, Ashton, Brantley, Kyndall, Oliver and Shepherd. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
