She was predeceased by: her parents, Beulah Cooper and Oscar Cooper; her sons, David and Scott Smith; and her siblings, Gen Jennings, Sue Whitehead, Mary Ruth Cooper, Max and Jimmy Cooper.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kayla, Shane Slade, Jaydon Smith, Bryan, Tiffany Smith, Brooke Burke and Michael Williamson; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Skyler, Daisha, Diane (DJ) and Skylinn Smith; her sister Francis Whitehead; and her daughters-in-law, Christie and Melinda. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
