She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles J. Powell and Charlotte R. Powell; and her grandparents, Charlie D. Powell, Marietta Powell, Len Kagley and Nora Kagley.

She is survived by: her sisters, Teresa Sterchi (John), Cindy Harmon (Brett) and Traci Wolfenbarger (Randy); her nieces, Heather Harmon, Hillary Harmon and Rachel Walling (Nathan); her nephew Brandon Wolfenbarger; and her caregivers, Kathy Brewer, Janet Oliver, Angela Boyd, Vickie Durbin, Debbie Holt, Becky Holland and Ginger Nuchols.
