He is survived by: his wife Helen Joyce Fields; his sons, Mark Fields, Gary Fields (Renee) and Roger Fields (DeAnne); and his sisters, Juanita Hawk, Mary Baker and Janie Fields. He is also survived by 5 grandsons; 2 granddaughters; 4 great-grandchildren.
