He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Potter Cupp; his daughter Patti Rae Cupp; his grandson Chevy Lynn Cupp; and his parents, Bessie Cupp and Howard Cupp.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Cupp of Maryville, Jeff Cupp of Maryville and Sondra Cupp of Maryville; his grandchildren, Josh Cupp (Kelley) of Maryville, Eric Cupp of Gray, TN and Amy Pearmain (Stephen) of Maryville; and his sister Clara Trotter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and in laws.
