She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph W. Rorex, Sr.; her parents, Caleb Brown and Gustave "Gussie" Pendergrass Brown; and her siblings, Dennis Brown of Leroy, Osvel Brown, Bobby Gene Brown, Evelyn Smith, Flossel "Flossie" Brown and Ina Leota Brackett.
She is survived by: her daughter Avis; her son-in-law Jeff Smith; her son Ralph W. "Wayne" Rorex, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Mary; and her grandson Landon D. Rorex. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 220 W Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN 37801. A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
